The observance of Vigilance Awareness Week-2024 commenced at IndianOil Paradip Refinery on October 28, 2024 with administration of integrity pledge by Mr Kausik Basu, Executive Director & Refinery Head of Paradip Refinery in presence of senior officials and representatives of collectives. Addressing the gathering, Mr Basu urged all the employees to inculcate honesty & integrity in their life. He emphasized that transparent systems and mutual trust among employees are vital for creating an effective and productive workplace environment. As part of the event, VAW Posters were unveiled by ED&RH. To spread awareness on Vigilance in nearby Gram Panchayats, a Satarkata Rath was flagged off by Mr Basu in presence of senior officials of Paradip Refinery. During the week-long celebration, various activities are planned like Nukkad Natak, Walkathon, Business Associates Meet, Painting & Slogan competitions, Awareness Program etc. to spread the message of ‘Culture of Integrity for Nation’s Prosperity’.
